I received the "Koolight Flahsing LED Tyre Light" model FLTL-0083 batteries per unit are included (enough to power the unit) the packaging suggests spares should be included, but that doesn't seem to be the case. These will only fit schrader valve stems (the type used on cars, motorcycles and most bikes). If you have presta valves, you won't be able to use these. These need almost total darkness to activate.. if you live in an urban environment they may illuminate only intermittently. I have been trying to modify them to work in lighter conditions but haven't gotten very far yet. **Update** I managed to "hack" these cheap lights. You can pull the electronics out of the bulb by prying gently on them. To disable the light sensor, you can simply remove the photoresistor by clipping the leads. I was pleasantly surprised at this light. I tested it on my bicycle. It has a nice rainbow of small LEDs in the unit. They don't come on unless it is dark out and there is motion. The (bright) streetlights were enough to make it turn off or be intermittent; worked best on side streets. They are nice and bright. As long as it isn't turning off from the streetlight, the color was constant on so there wasn't a bad blinky on-off, seizure-inducing look.NOTE: there is just 1 in the package. Comes with 3 installed AG10 batteries. You'll need to remove a little piece of paper inside the battery unit to have it come on.
